Refund policy

Orders placed on modernshopllc.com

If something isn't right with your order, email us at hello@modernshopllc.com with your order number before sending anything back. In many cases we can simply refund or replace the item without a return.

If a return is needed, you can return unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Once a return is received, or once we approve a refund without a return, we refund the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Damaged or wrong items: please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.

Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon's return policy. Go to Your Orders on Amazon to start a return or refund.
